With the Riverbank Bridge – and its connections to the Adelaide Railway Station, the tramline and a range of bus routes – catching public transport to Adelaide Oval is easier than ever. Patrons are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this transport when attending events at Adelaide Oval.

Non-Event Day Parking 

  • Patrons now have access to a reduced rate in the North Car Park on non-event days

Access Parking Information

Access-compliant car parks are available across multiple locations in the Adelaide Oval precinct. Please refer to event information here for arrangements for specific events.
Alternatively, disabled drop-off zones have been established on War Memorial Drive and King William Road

AFL Season Access Parking

Very limited disabled parking is available in the Torrens Parade Grounds on a first come first served basis. $18 cash payable upon entry.

A limited number of season disabled access permit passes are available for the 2016 AFL season and will be issued on a first in first served basis. Please complete and return this form.

Road closures

To ensure the safe passage of patrons road closures will be put in place before and after events with an anticipated attendance of 35,000 and above.  

Speed restrictions

A 25kph speed restriction operates on North Tce (from Morphett St Bridge to King William St) to allow the safe passage of pedestrians and vehicles during the post-match period.


Taxi ranks are located on the western side of King William Road; the southern side of Pennington Tce and the eastern side of Montefiore Rd.


Bike racks are located outside the North, South and East gates.
