IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INFORMATION

The entire Adelaide Oval team thanks patrons in advance for abiding by this information and helping us to create a safe, fun environment. We can’t wait to see you back at the footy. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Gates open from 9:00am, please arrive at your earliest convenience to swiftly move through the entry process in a COVIDSafe manner.
  • In line with state-wide mask requirements, fans are asked to wear masks at all times and in all areas, including when seated, except when eating and drinking. All consumption indoor and outdoor must be seated.
  • Seating rows will be separated by empty rows. You will have people seated on either side of you. Please sit in the seat designated on your ticket. The only exception to this is individually QR-coded hospitality spaces, that allow for seating on all sides, and the Standing Pods on the Northern Mound.

Public Transport

Adelaide Oval Express Bus and Tram services in operation. Free for game ticket holders.

Note: Due to the Gawler Rail Electrification works there will be no train services arriving and departing Adelaide Railway Station. Substitute buses will be setting down and picking up at stop D North Terrace (adjacent to the Intercontinental Hotel) and stop W1 North Terrace (adjacent the Convenience Store).

Car Parking

Casual parking will be available in the following locations and is subject to availability. $22 fee is payable by card only upon entry.

Open from 6:00am:

North Car Park (permit, limited disability and limited casual parking) – Access via Pennington Terrace
East Car Park (permit parking only) – Access via King William Road, northbound

Open from 10:00am:

Oval 2 – (permit, limited casual and Torrens Parade Ground permit parking) – Access via Montefiore Road, southbound
University Lane (limited casual parking) – Access via Pennington Terrace
Torrens Parade Ground – CLOSED

Road Closures

The following road closures will be in place for this event:

  • War Memorial Drive: 11:30am – 7:00pm
  • King William Road: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
  • Pennington Terrace: 5:00pm – 7:00pm

25km/h speed restrictions apply on War Memorial Drive: 8:30am – 11:30am


COVIDSafe Measures

Adelaide Oval has collaborated with SA Health and SAPOL to put in place measures to ensure events are as safe as possible.

To a certain degree, these measures will only work if everyone plays their part in keeping Adelaide Oval COVIDSafe.
