COVIDSafe Measures

Adelaide Oval has collaborated with SA Health and SAPOL to put in place measures to ensure events are as safe as possible.

To a certain degree, these measures will only work if everyone plays their part in keeping Adelaide Oval COVIDSafe.

How you can play your part

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Under the COVID Management Plan it is a mandatory requirement from SA Health for patrons to wear a mask as you enter, move around the stadium and as you leave. You may remove your mask when seated or standing in your allocated seat, or if you are in an individually QR-coded corporate hospitality space (i.e. corporate suites, bodyline bar or hill pod). Under 12 year old are not required to wear a mask.

In line with our approved SA Health COVID Management plan, all staff will be wearing face masks when moving around the stadium. Staff are not required to wear face masks in kiosks where the counter creates a 1.5m distance between them and the patron.

All staff, artists and patrons are reminded to keep at least 1.5m wherever possible. Maximum capacities are in place for all areas of the stadium, including backstage and office areas, corporate spaces, and lifts.

Yes, in accordance with our SA Health approved COVID Management Plan, corporate suites, MTX Club and enclosed stadium bars (i.e. Bodyline bar) are individually QR-coded for entry. When inside you can remove your mask and consume food & beverage seated or standing. When moving outside, into the stadium seating, you will need to be wearing your mask and not consume food or beverages until you are seated.

Yes. The Northern Mound is at 75% capacity and will be roped off into four large sections, utilising the 3 persons per 4sqm requirement. Northern Mound pods are individually QR-coded for entry, so patrons can remove their mask and vertically drink when inside their pod only

Children are permitted in MTX Club, however children 5 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on the lap of a parent/guardian and not occupy a seat. Please check regularly as this may change with increasing member subscriptions.

Corporate Suites cannot exceed their capacities and children will need to be included in the head count. Please check with your Suite holder for clarification.

If the child remains on the lap of parent/guardian for the duration they are free to enter. If the child will be taking a physical seat, they will need a purchased ticket.
