Australia’s ultimate stair climb, Stadium Stomp, returns to Adelaide Oval on Sunday 20 June.

Climb your way up, down and around the bays of Adelaide Oval in this 6,000 (or 3,300) stair climb. There will be rest stops (pick a seat!), drink stations and music to keep Stompers focused and pumped. Plus, all participants finish with a lap of the hallowed turf and a shiny finisher’s medal.

Get ready Adelaide!

There are course options for everyone, from beginner stair climbers to super-fit athletes looking for a serious challenge. The full course has 6,000 stairs, the short course has 3,300 stairs and Junior Stomp covers 1,000 stairs. Stomp Unlimited allows participants to complete as many laps as they can – the record is currently four!

Participants choose their own start time. The first wave is 8:00am and then they’re every 15 minutes after that. Junior Stomp, especially for families, is the last wave of the day at 11.15am.

Anyone 12 years and older can enter with a team or as an individual. Junior Stomp participants (ages 5-11 years) must be accompanied by an adult (1 adult for every 4 juniors).

Stadium Stomp supports national Charity Partner Black Dog Institute and participants are encouraged to make every step count and fundraise for this amazing charity.

If you’re looking for something different for your next fitness challenge, something other than a fun run or bruising obstacle race, look no further than the ultimate stair climb, Stadium Stomp. Stadium Stomp is an Australian concept, owned and operated by an Australian family business. There is nothing else like it out there on the world stage.
