Australia’s ultimate stair climb, Stadium Stomp, returns to Adelaide Oval on Sunday 10 April.

Climb your way up, down and around the bays of Adelaide Oval in this epic stair climbing challenge! There will be rest stops (pick a seat!), drink stations and music to keep Stompers focused and pumped. Plus, all participants finish with a lap of the hallowed turf and a shiny finisher’s medal.

Get ready Adelaide!

There are course options for everyone, from beginner stair climbers to super-fit athletes looking for a serious challenge. The full course has 6,000 stairs, the short course has 3,300 stairs and Junior Stomp covers 1,000 stairs. Stomp Unlimited allows participants to complete as many laps as they can – the record is currently four!

Participants choose their own start time. Wave times commence from 8:00am with new waves every 15 minutes. You will be released from the start line with social distancing in mind keeping within the 3 people per 4 square metre ruling. This may change as restrictions change so please check back closer to the event date.

Your bib number will indicate to us which wave time you should be in and our MC will be on loud speaker to call up each wave time to the start area as required. Listen out for these.

Anyone 12 years and older can enter with a team or as an individual. Junior Stomp participants (ages 5-11 years) must be accompanied by an adult (1 adult for every 4 juniors).

Stadium Stomp supports national Charity Partner Black Dog Institute and participants are encouraged to make every step count and fundraise for this amazing charity.

If you’re looking for something different for your next fitness challenge, look no further than the ultimate stair climb, Stadium Stomp. Stadium Stomp is an Australian concept, owned and operated by an Australian family business. There is nothing else like it out there on the world stage.
