  1. A deposit of 50% of the ticket price based on the number of confirmed guests is required to secure the booking. An invoice will be issued upon submission of this form.
  2. Final confirmations of guest numbers and dietary requirements are required no later than ten business days prior to the intended booking. Final pre-payment is required a minimum of seven days before your intended booking date.
  3. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  4. All guests must be aged 18 years and over to attend this event.
  5. AOSMA may cancel the booking by written notice if you do not pay the deposit or the balance of the Ticket Cost within the required timeframe.
  6. AOSMA has certain obligations in relation to the service of alcohol including, without limitation, what is generally known as the responsible service of alcohol requirements. AOSMA may:
    • limit the quantity of alcohol served to or consumed by the Customer or any of its Associated Persons;
    • may stop the supply of alcohol to all or some of the persons present at the Function if, in AOSMA’s reasonable opinion, and whether or not before or after the time that the Function is scheduled to finish, one or more such persons are or are likely to become intoxicated; and
    • Where the Customer or any of its Associated Persons becomes intoxicated, that person will not be served any further alcohol and may be required to leave the Function, the Venue or the Stadium.
  7. Adelaide Oval is a non smoking venue and smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas outside the Stadium.
