It’s just over a month until the opening of the RoofClimb Adelaide Oval – and it now has a new naming rights partner.
Commonwealth Bank RoofClimb Adelaide Oval will officially open for business on 6 April, offering breathtaking views and a unique perspective of the city of Adelaide and its surrounds, with the backing of the largest bank in Australia.
Also heightening the excitement is the recent installation of the link bridge which, as the name suggests, links the Western and Riverbank stands giving climbers an adrenalin rush as they find themselves suspended over the concourse below.
“It’s fantastic to have the Commonwealth Bank on board as the naming rights partner of the Commonwealth Bank RoofClimb Adelaide Oval,” Adelaide Oval SMA CEO Andrew Daniels said.
“That the largest bank in Australia has partnered with us is testament to the quality of this new development in Adelaide and the excitement this initiative is generating around the country and even beyond.”
Todd Roberts, Commonwealth Bank’s General Manager for Institutional & Corporate Banking SA/NT, said Commonwealth Bank was very proud to expand its relationship from banking to now being naming rights sponsor for the new RoofClimb at the iconic Adelaide Oval.
“We have a lot of common ground with the Adelaide Oval especially in terms of developing new, market-leading ways of doing things and the RoofClimb is a great example of the innovative thinking we share,” he said.
“The RoofClimb will be fantastic for South Australians but will equally attract interstate and overseas interest which is a great opportunity to showcase South Australia more broadly.”
