In light of Mr Lethlean’s review featured in The Australian today, Andrew Daniels, Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority, Chief Executive Officer has issued the following statement:
“I am deeply disappointed by Mr Lethlean’s commentary on the Hill of Grace Restaurant and our staff.
His article is so critical, it loses all credibility and it is clear Mr Lethlean has a total lack of understanding of what we are trying to achieve at the Hill of Grace Restaurant and undermines the brilliant work being done by head chef Dennis Leslie and his skilled team.
I am immensely proud of what we have achieved as the world’s only fine dining restaurant in a stadium and our promise to deliver a uniquely South Australian dining experience. We have received many outstanding reviews and have had thousands of satisfied customers over the past two years and I refuse to let this biased review influence the opinion of both our staff and public.
Adelaide Oval SMA is currently consulting with our lawyers and is considering taking legal action against Mr Lethlean’s defamatory statements.”
