The Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority has opened a wait list for its Adelaide Oval Football Membership with all the available membership places now fully subscribed.
The 8,000 memberships – which give members fully-transferable access to all Crows and Power home games – were snapped up less than a month after being released.
Footy fans can now register their name on the Adelaide Oval Football Membership wait list for a one-off fee of $50.
Adelaide Oval SMA CEO Andrew Daniels said the success of the membership was more evidence of the growing excitement around the Oval’s rebirth.
“The Ashes is already a virtual sell-out, the SMA has sold out of its corporate suites, our Stadium Club memberships are on track to sell out by the end of the year and we have now had to open a wait list for the Adelaide Oval Football Membership,” Mr Daniels said.
“This is a great demonstration of the level of anticipation and excitement around Adelaide at the prospect of elite football being played in the city.
“From today, confirmation letters will start arriving in people’s letterboxes advising eligible registrants that they have successfully secured an Adelaide Oval Football Membership.”
The Adelaide Oval Football Membership ($550 Adult, $460 Concession, $270 Junior) was offered on a priority basis to existing SANFL Premier Members and those who had registered for the withdrawn Ultimate Membership.
