The difference between Reserved & General Admission tickets

The P!NK concert offers both reserved and general admission areas. “Reserved” tickets mean you are given a section, row and a seat number and therefore know before the event where you will be seated.

“General Admission” or “GA” tickets are standing tickets in designated general admission areas on the oval, are allocated on a ‘first-in, best-dressed’ basis and are not reserved for the duration of the event. General Admission tickets may still display a Row/Seat for example RGA/132. This just helps us identify your GA ticket for you and does not indicate a reserved seat.

Dancing & Standing

Public safety is our No.1 priority. Everyone is encouraged to enjoy themselves. It is expected that patrons will want to stand and dance during the show, but please keep the aisle and walkways clear and be considerate of those behind you. Standing on seats and sitting on the shoulders of others is not permitted.

General Admission Patron Regulations

Adelaide Oval is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Please see below for helpful safety tips whilst on the General Admission (GA) Standing Floor:

Patrons with General Admission Standing tickets will have the location of their allocated standing section indicated on their ticket. Please ensure you enter the venue via the entry gate listed on your ticket as patrons ticketed to GA sections will receive a specific wristband to access the area.

Dancing in the General Admission area may subject patrons to high temperatures and strenuous physical contact. You may experience overheating due to crowd density and/or dancing whilst on the GA Standing Floor which is done at your own risk.

Patrons are advised to take note of the following guidelines before accessing the General Admission area.

  • Keep hydrated
  • Patrons must always wear footwear, bare feet will not be permitted
  • Take breaks during the evening – go outside or move to the back of the floor to re-hydrate and cool down
  • Keep an eye on other patrons and assist them where possible
  • If you require assistance raise your arm and/or speak to a staff member
  • First Aid assistance is available on the GA floor. Speak to a staff member for assistance if required.
  • We recommend that the following items should not be taken into the General Admission area for your safety: studded belts and bracelets, large earrings and bags.
  • Moshing, crowd surfing and being elevated by others (or similar behaviour) is strictly prohibited. Patrons undertaking these activities may be asked to leave the venue.
