Competition Terms and Conditions

  • The competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and older (and if you are under 18 years of age, your Legal Guardian agree on your behalf).
  • The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from the winner before awarding the prize, including but not limited to a driver’s license or passport. If the winner cannot provide adequate proof of age, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
  • This competition is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram.
  • The prize includes: 2 x tickets to Port Adelaide v Hawthorn on Sunday, 13 April 2025, at 6:50pm (ACDT) & 2 x passes to a Game On! Climb during the game.
  • Travel expenses are not included.

  • The participant accepts that the contact details provided can and will be used for marketing and communications across Adelaide Oval and associated channels.
  • The winner will be selected by the Promoter on Monday, 7 April 2025, and contacted via phone or email.
  • The winner has until 5pm (ACDT) on Wednesday, 9 April 2025, to claim their prize.
  • If the prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on Friday, 11 April 2025, at 2pm (ACDT), and the new prize winner will be notified in the same manner.
  • The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy via https://www.adelaideoval.com.au/privacy-policy/.
  • If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
  • The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the competition or prize. By entering, participants release the Promoter from any claims related to participation in the competition or acceptance/use of the prize.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
  • If the event is cancelled or postponed, the Promoter is unable to extend the valid period to the following year.
