Located next to the East Gate entrance on Level 1, this space is available for people of all ages who have sensory sensitivities or other hidden disabilities such as autism, anxiety, mental health conditions, dementia, visual impairment and deaf or hearing impaired. This space is also for those who simply need a moment of quiet before getting back to the event.
This space has been thoughtfully designed to provide those who enter with a calm and soothing environment. The space includes sensory activities and quiet zones which allows guests to reregulate and recharge away from the stimulation of the event.
Adelaide Oval and Novita staff are available in the sensory spaces at most major events to support visitors.
If you are struggling to find the space you can refer to the map here, look out for the sunflower floor decals or the sunflower team who can escort you to the space.
