Terms and Conditions
Your Ultimate Round at Adelaide Oval Competition

This prize package is available to the winner of Your Ultimate Round at Adelaide Oval Competition only, which is run by Adelaide Oval SMA Limited (the Promoter), of which there are a total of one (1) available to be won.

Information on how to enter and prizes included can be found within this document. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.

The prize is inclusive of the following listed below. Each listing is acknowledged as a prize entitlement.

Prize: Your Ultimate Round

• One (1) Flight Centre travel voucher valued at $1,000
• Two (2) VIP Experience tickets to one (1) 2025 AFL Season game hosted at Adelaide Oval* of winner’s choice valued at $1,000
• Three-night stay at Oval Hotel including Breakfast at Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen valued at $1,500**
• One (1) Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen Voucher valued at $350
• One (1) Double Pass ‘GameOn’ RoofClimb Voucher valued at $400
• Two (2) Stadium Tour Vouchers valued at $60
• One (1) Malt Shovel Taphouse Voucher valued at $250

Total Value: The total prize pool is worth $4,560. 
*This will NOT include Gather Round, Showdown or AFL Finals and is subject to game and ticket availability.
**To be utilised on the chosen 2025 AFL Season game at Adelaide Oval and is subject to availability. This will be ONE room only with the option of 1-2 guests.

Competition mechanism – entries and winner announcement: 

• The competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and older. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from the winner before awarding the prize, including but not limited to a driver’s license or passport. If the winner cannot provide adequate proof of age the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
• The competition begins on Thursday 10 April at 3pm (ACST)
• To enter, participants must complete at least one of the following entry methods:
  • Submit the entry form via adelaideoval.com.au
  • Comment on the official competition post and follow @adelaideoval on Instagram
  • Comment on the official competition post and follow @theadelaideoval on TikTok
• Participants may enter multiple times by completing more than one entry method. Each valid method counts as an individual entry.
• The competition will close Sunday 27 April at 5pm (ACST) .
• The competition winner will be selected by the Promoter on and contacted via phone or email on Tuesday 29 April.
• The competition winner has until Thursday 1 May 5pm (ACST) to claim their prize.
• If the prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on Friday 2 May  and the new prize winners will be notified in the same manner.
• The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy via https://www.adelaideoval.com.au/privacy-policy/
• The participant accepts Adelaide Oval’s Conditions of Entry available at https://www.adelaideoval.com.au/conditions-of-entry/
• The participant accepts that the contact details already provided can and will be used for marketing and communications across Adelaide Oval, Oval Hotel, Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen, RoofClimb, MTX Club and Malt Shovel Taphouse channels.
• The winner must advise the Promoter of the names of the individuals partaking in any stays at Oval Hotel or Football game attendance.
• If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
• The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the competition or prize. By entering, participants release the Promoter from any claims related to participation in the competition or acceptance/use of the prize.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
• Any additional travel or incidental costs incurred to claim or use the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and are not covered by the Promoter.
• Any changes to individual attendees that incur additional costs will not be the Promoter’s responsibility.
• Radio, print, digital advertising and social media activity may be used to advertise or promote the competition during the promotional period.
• Football ticket entitlements must be used within the 2025 AFL season for AFL matches at Adelaide Oval and cannot be used for any other major event at Adelaide Oval.
• This prize is not redeemable for Showdown matches or AFL Finals fixtures.
• If the winner chooses not to take up a particular prize entitlement, they waive their right to that prize.
• The prize or any unused portion of the prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be on-sold and cannot be redeemed for cash or another form of compensation.
• The promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred to cancel or changed flights, accommodation or any other costs associated.
  If a prize entitlement is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the prize for another item of equal or higher value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value (including between advertising of the Promotion and receipt of the prize).
• If the event is cancelled or postponed, the Promoter is unable to extend the valid period to the following year.
• Bookings into Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen is subject to availability.
• The winner may upgrade their room directly with the hotel for an additional cost and will be charged accordingly.
• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of AOSMA, SANFL, SACA, or any associated brands are not eligible to enter the competition.
